It’s no secret that modern lifestyles tend to create a constant state of “fight-or-flight,” where there is little to no time to properly feel present. Rather, your inner voice and emotional regulation often become estranged from your logical mind, which just wants to get stuff done.

At Quaintrelle Farm, we know and appreciate that nurturing a closeness with self is essential for a fulfilling life.
So, we welcomed Lisa Camilleri to facilitate a nervous system and emotional reset workshop at our property. It is a seven-week program which involves one 90-minute class per week.
Named “Time For Self,” it is a weekly space to slow the nervous system, release stored stress and return to your body. Each class enables emotional regulation, gentle reconnection and nervous system health through simple movement, breath and guided meditation.
Being able to better understand how energy moves within you acts as a guide to making more authentic decisions. That is, choices which lead you away from what no longer serves you so you can follow pathways which make your heart sing. Your body is a microcosm for the outer reality you experience.
So, giving yourself the opportunity to relax, reflect and reset allows you to realign your course in a way which best uplifts you.
